The purpose of the Die Maker Training Roadmap is to prepare an employee for mid-level die making or junior die maker status. It includes the following components:

ACT’s WorkKeys is a job skills assessment program that helps employers select, hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performance workforce. WorkKeys assesses employee competence in a number of areas. Before enrolling participants in training, TMA administers the following WorkKeys assessments to determine the participant’s readiness for training.
- Applied Mathematics
- Locating Information
- Reading for Information
Individuals taking all three assessments are eligible for a National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC).
